  1. Hello, I am finding these articles very useful whilst writing an assignment on how to teach listening skills. What do you tell your students to do whilst listening in an exam? I was always told at university to make as many notes as possible in L2 on the 1st hearing and then commit to my answer on the second listening. However, I often found that whilst writing I would miss vital information. What do you think? Any tips would be much appreciated!
